The best part? The design is responsive. You might be surprised at how few news/editorial sites have a responsive design. After all, with the increase of cross-platform Internet browsing, responsive design is the future. Of the major news sites, the Boston Globe is the only one with a responsive design.

On a side note, try browsing a photo gallery on The Cut – the full-screen pop-out gallery is very shiny. Stunning in comparison to some sites where clicking next reloads the entire page.

I saw the Limited Deluxe Edition album cover for Wilco’s ‘The Whole Love’ yesterday – it’s so bright and colorful! I looked it up and the artist is Joanne Greenbaum. She does a lot of work in this style.
